Michael, originally from Grand Turk, combines local expertise with global experience. He studied Interior Architecture at the Maryland Institute College of Art and worked in high-end markets like Miami Beach and Providenciales.
He founded Innovative Interiors & Architecture Design and co-founded Fenimore Rosenberg Kolb LLC, an international architecture firm. Michael’s background in art, design, and digital marketing enhances his real estate expertise.
Now with Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, Michael offers deep local knowledge and a strong grasp of design trends, sales, and marketing to deliver exceptional results for his clients.
